Dispersion-strengthened Copper Alloy for High-temperature Applications
This aluminum oxide-reinforced alloy combines excellent electrical conductivity with high thermal resistance. Ultra-fine aluminum oxide particles (10 nm) distributed within the copper matrix enhance mechanical strength, even at elevated temperatures, and reduce deformation under thermal and mechanical loads.
The alloy is ideal for continuous-duty applications in the electrical industry and offers significantly greater heat resistance than WIRBALIT® HF. Typical applications include high-current contacts and thermal management systems.
