Dispersion-Strengthened Copper Alloy With High Heat Resistance
Copper Alloy With Dispersion Strengthening and High Heat Resistance
This copper alloy is reinforced with nanoscale aluminum oxide particles. Measuring roughly 10 nanometers, these particles are evenly dispersed in the copper matrix to improve structural strength while maintaining high electrical conductivity. As a result, the material remains dimensionally stable under constant thermal or mechanical load.
Compared to WIRBALIT® HF, it offers higher thermal resistance with similar conductivity.
