Beryllium-free, High-performance Copper Alloy

This beryllium-free, age-hardened electrode material offers elevated softening temperature and moderate electrical conductivity. The alloy combines high mechanical strength with good thermal stability and provides an environmentally friendly alternative to beryllium-based materials.

Typical applications include current-carrying components for resistance welding, projection welding, and flash/butt welding tools. It is also used in high-strength profiles and aluminum die casting molds. Depending on the application, it can sometimes be used as a replacement for WIRBALIT® B.
