Micro welding at a glance
Micro welding is used to permanently join extremely small components or fine wires. A precise arc or a precisely dosed resistance current generates heat exclusively at the contact point without thermally affecting the surrounding areas. As it cools, a solid, conductive and highly precise connection is formed.
This technology is particularly suitable for applications that require maximum precision in the smallest of spaces – for example, in electronics, medical technology or micromechanics.

See productMicro welding electrodes conduct the welding current precisely to the desired location – for the smallest, most accurate connections without thermal damage to adjacent areas. Our range includes solid electrodes made of tungsten, WL10, molybdenum, TZM or tungsten-heavy metal, and insert electrodes with copper shanks and inserts made of tungsten, WL10, molybdenum or TZM.
