Intro
TIG welding at a glance
In TIG welding an arc is created between a non-consumable tungsten electrode and the workpiece. A shielding gas envelops the arc and prevents air from entering the welding zone. The seam is created by melting the base material, optionally with or without added filler material.
Products for TIG welding
Electrodes
See productTungsten electrodes ignite and stabilise the arc during TIG welding. They remain dimensionally stable under heat and enable precise, repeatable weld seams. Available in pure tungsten, tungsten-lanthanum oxide, tungsten-cerium oxide and tungsten-thorium oxide versions.
Gas nozzles
See productGas nozzles guide the shielding gas evenly around the arc and ensure stable gas coverage of the welding zone. Available in cylindrical or conical shapes and in various nominal widths and lengths.
We keep your production running
With one of the largest warehouses in Europe, we deliver products in standard formats immediately. Thanks to our in-house development and lean structures, we are also capable of implementing custom solutions flexibly and promptly.
As an active member of the German Welding Society (DVS), we contribute our practical experience directly to standards and guidelines. This results in solutions that not just meet current regulations but also help to shape the future.
Together, we analyze requirements, identify potential for optimization, and implement concrete improvements to make your processes more economical. As we understand consulting to be an integral part of the production process.
Where standards are not sufficient, we manufacture components according to drawings, samples, or as individual developments. In any case, each solution is precisely tailored to your production and permanently increases its efficiency.
All production phases are integrated into a structured testing system that detects and documents deviations at an early stage. For particularly demanding applications, we test components individually according to your specifications.
60 years of welding technology experience go into every product and every consultation. Our in-depth understanding of complex welding processes ensures stable production processes and reliable results.
