Stationary dresser

Stationary dressing unit for electrode caps

Where robotic welding guns operate in continuous cycles, the stationary dressing system ensures consistent quality. It is ideally suited for permanently installed welding lines, such as in automotive manufacturing.

Its compact, modular design allows precise integration into existing lines and delivers stability even under continuous load. The dressing unit accepts all common dressing tools and can be configured for non-standard geometries.

Efficient chip removal

A suction nozzle uses compressed air to remove chips directly from the dressing zone. Surrounding brushes keep them in the suction area and prevent deposits on the dressing surface.

Precise gun compensation

A spring-based compensation unit ensures the dresser is always aligned with the cap, even if the welding gun position shifts slightly.

Industry 4.0 Compatibility

Open interfaces allow integration into networked manufacturing systems. Process data can be transferred directly to the main control system.
